What is in the template
The sample quote is laid out the way this kind of deal is usually priced: managed workstations, managed servers, backup, security awareness training with a line discount and a one-time onboarding project. Each line has a quantity, a unit, a unit price and its own discount column, and the Excel version calculates the line totals, the list total, the discounts and the final total for you.
Below the line items you will find sample terms, a field for the expiration date and a signature block for both parties. All names and prices are fictional.
Tips for this kind of quote
- Price by device or user count and say how often counts are reviewed.
- Keep recurring services apart from one-time onboarding and project work.
- Point to the service agreement for response targets instead of restating them in the quote.

From template to live quote
A downloaded template is fixed once you send it. If the buyer wants a different quantity or asks for a discount, you edit the file and send it again. With live presentation mode you make that change on the call while they watch, then send the saved quote for e-signature. Try it on the interactive sample quote.
Open this as an interactive quote in forquotez and present it on your next call.
