Quoting software for marketing agencies

forquotez lets agencies present retainer pricing live on the pitch call. You show packages side by side, add or remove channels and deliverables while the client watches the monthly total change, then save the quote and send it for signature by email.

The quoting problem marketing agencies have

Agency pricing is rarely one number. A retainer has a base level, channel add-ons, a count of deliverables and usually a one-time setup or audit fee. The client wants to know what happens to the total if they drop one channel or double another.

The common workflow is a slide deck with three packages and a promise to "send a revised proposal." The revision takes a day or two, the client compares it with another agency's deck, and scope questions come back by email one at a time.

That workflow also hides how the price is built. When the client only sees a single retainer figure, the conversation turns into a negotiation over that figure instead of a conversation about scope.

How a live pitch call works with forquotez

  1. Build your retainer form. Start from the Agency Retainer starter template in the quote builder. Add your logo, colors and a content block that describes how you work.
  2. Open with packages. In the runner, show your prebuilt packages and the compare table so the client sees what each level includes.
  3. Switch to the custom quote. When the client wants something between two packages, move to the custom tab and build it with them.
  4. Adjust scope on screen. Turn channels on or off, change the number of deliverables and add a custom line item for anything unusual. The total updates as you click.
  5. Trade scope, not just price. If the budget is fixed, remove a line while the client watches. If a concession makes sense, apply a per-line discount or a one-time first-invoice credit.
  6. Save and send. Pick the contract term, save the quote and send it for signature by emailed link. The client also gets a share link and a branded PDF.

Features that matter most for agencies

  • Packages and a compare table. Present good, better and best retainers side by side, each with its own package-level discount. The same table appears in the PDF and on the share page. See packages and the compare table.
  • Live presentation mode. Scope changes show up in the total immediately, so the client sees what each service costs. See live presentation mode.
  • Themes and branding. Your quote, PDF and share page carry your brand, not a generic template.
  • Native e-signature. Send the quote for signature without a separate signing tool. Drawn or typed signatures, reminders and an audit trail are included. See e-signatures.
  • Deal rooms. Give a larger prospect one private portal with your documents, a mutual action plan and customer references. See deal rooms.

If you are still designing your tiers, the pricing tier builder is a quick way to sketch them.

Frequently asked questions

Can I present three retainer packages side by side?

Yes. Prebuilt packages appear as cards with a compare table underneath, and you can mark one as the featured option. The compare table also appears in the PDF and on the public share page.

What if the client wants something outside our standard services?

Add a custom line item in the runner during the call. It is saved into the quote like any other line.

Can I include scope of work text in the quote?

Yes. Content blocks hold rich text such as scope, assumptions and terms, and image blocks let you add visuals. They appear alongside the pricing blocks.

Do clients need an account to sign?

No. Each signer receives an email with a unique link and signs with a drawn or typed signature.
